The organisation is headed by the Board of Directors, followed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and General Manager, who oversee three main departments: Finance & Administration, Operations, and Sales & Marketing.
The Finance & Administration department includes a Store Keeper, Accountant, Cleaning Supervisor, Receptionist, and Casual staff.
The Operations department oversees Tent Builders, Technicians, Drivers, and Casual staff.
The Sales & Marketing department consists of a Tender Coordinator, Digital Marketer, Sales Executives, and a Client Service Executive.
